Previously Krystal was president of a large hospital management company, responsible for the development, management and operations of the company’s successful physician-owned joint venture hospitals. Also, Krystal led the formation of two surgery center partnerships, which grew from two to 20 with operating income in 2017 of $80 million.
Joshua M. Weaver
Outside General Counsel
Josh is board certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience in providing counsel to health care providers on complex operational, transactional and compliance issues. He has particular experience in advising hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, free standing emergency departments, pharmacies, independent diagnostic testing facilities, physicians, dentists and other health care providers on various matters.

Becky has worked as a health care consultant for 25+ years, specializing in auditing records of inpatient/outpatient hospital accounts, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practice records. She has worked with all of the major hospital systems in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
