JAC has a team of accomplished billing experts who can assist any health care facility in billing patients and their insurers or other third-party payors and collect the fees for medical services. Upon request, JAC can submit claims, assist in pre-authorizations and discussions and negotiations with payors regarding payment.

Syndication
JAC’s owners have syndicated numerous health care facilities with physician ownership and can handle all aspects of a physician syndication, including without limitation introductions and discussions with potential physician investors, supervising legal and overseeing compliance.
Legal Services
Weaver Johnston & Nelson, PLLC, (WJN), a law firm with one of the largest health care sections in Texas, assists JAC and its partners in the development of ASCs and other health care facilities and advises JAC and its partners on their day-to-day operations.
Compliance
JAC works closely with WJN on compliance-related matters. WJN has several attorneys with deep compliance-related backgrounds, including Joshua Weaver and Vicki Wanjura who was in-house counsel at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children where she developed and implemented that hospital’s compliance program. WJN also has John Anthony who was a compliance officer at a large Texas hospital. WJN’s attorneys serve as outside compliance officers for several different health care facilities.
